Gender Equality in Sport is achieved when all members of the club are able to access and enjoy the same rewards, resources and opportunities regardless of whether they are a woman or a man. Our goal is to provide clubs with the skills, resources and ideas to accelerate strategic, sustainable and meaningful change. This will not happen by accident. The process will be a journey and all clubs are at different starting points.
